With my training experience and university  knowledge I am very comfortable training any age groups.
I am flexible with training programs; I offer adaptable and progressive plans that will target your goals and will adjust as you improve and get closer to achieving them. No plan is the same, each one will fit just for you based off your first consultation and training session.
